We're all about cool home stuff at Strezi, like colorful comforter sets and nice-looking slipcovers. Our things are made to make your place look and feel better.

How can I be sure your stuff is good?

We make sure our materials and work are top-notch. Every item is picked to be strong and easy to care for, so your house looks good and is practical.

What's your return thing?

You've got 30 days to return stuff. Just make sure it's like you got it: unused, with tags, and in the box. Get in touch to start a return.

How long 'til my order gets here?

We get orders ready in 1–3 workdays. Then, it usually takes 5–10 workdays to get to you in Australia, but it could be longer if you're far away or it's a holiday.

Do you do free shipping?

Yep! Shipping is free all over Australia, no matter how much you spend.

How do I see where my order is?

Once we send your order, we'll email you a tracking number and a link so you can watch it go. Tracking info can take up to 48 hours to show up.

What if my order is messed up?

Check your order when it gets there. If anything's broken, wrong, or missing, tell us right away so we can fix it fast.

Can I switch something out?

The quickest way to swap an item is to send the original back. Once we get it, just buy the new thing you want.

Can I return everything?

Nope. Some things, like food, custom stuff, and personal care items, can't be returned. Also, no returns on sale stuff or gift cards. Ask us if you're not sure about something.
